Sitel SBA is now looking for qualified candidates for the position of:


who will be responsible to lead and manage the Contact Centre team in order to ensure customer service excellence and process implementation standards.

You will be responsible for employees’ satisfaction and development, enhancing the goal of quality support by providing individual coaching feedback sessions and one-on-ones that focus on improving quality of service, communication skills and technical ability.

Required qualifications:

- Excellent conversational and written knowledge of   English 

- Conversational and written knowledge of other language(s) is considered as an advantage

- Work experience in similar position of minimum 2 years

- Leadership qualities and ability to manage people

- Ability to analyze processes and think operationally in order to achieve business goals

- Effective time management with the ability to organize and prioritize to deliver key objectives

- Customer service oriented and positive person

- Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a range of people on different levels 

- Minimum university diploma or 5 years work experience

- Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools
